Cangnan County, Wenzhou, is known as the printing capital of China. The printing and packaging industry is one of Cangnan's traditional pillar industries. Recently, Cangnan County issued the 'guidance on the governance of Cangnan County's packaging and printing, recycled cotton textile industry', requiring that the remaining more than 1000 enterprises must basically meet the emission standards by the end of June, and printing enterprises that have not installed governance facilities will fully implement the shutdown and remediation.

According to Reuters and other media reports, on March 27, 2019 (Wednesday), the European Parliament approved the bill banning the use of 10 kinds of disposable plastic products with a high proportion of 560 votes to 35 votes, which will officially take effect in 2021. The passing of this bill will alleviate the increasingly serious plastic problem in the ocean.

The EU proposal to ban the use of disposable plastic products can be divided into three parts:
