一、BOPP cigarette coating

BOPP high shrinkage smoke film

1. Anti wrinkle universal smoke film:

It has good smoothness, high shrinkage (with body fitting packaging effect), good ink resistance and good stiffness. It is suitable for medium and low-speed cigarette packaging machines and used in hard box packaging.


2. High gloss shrink smoke film:

It has good smoothness, high shrinkage (with body fitting packaging effect), good ink resistance, good gloss and good stiffness. It is suitable for high-speed and low-speed cigarette packaging machines and high-end hard box packaging.


3. Anti counterfeit printing smoke film:

It has good smoothness, high shrinkage (with body fitting packaging effect), good ink resistance, good surface tension and good stiffness. It is suitable for high, medium and low-speed cigarette film machines, and is used on hard box bags and strip bags that need anti-counterfeiting.

4. Wear resistant smoke film:

It has good smoothness, high shrinkage (with body fitting packaging effect), good ink resistance and few precipitates. Its surface has high hardness. It is suitable for high, medium and low-speed cigarette packaging machines and used in high-grade hard box bags and strip bags.

Thickness

The basic index for laboratory testing of film properties. However, the thickness will affect the tensile strength and barrier properties of the smoke film, and will also affect the subsequent processing of the smoke film.

Friction coefficient

The smoothness of BOPP smoke film is an important index in the comprehensive index, and it is the detection demand generated by the high-speed packaging. In the cigarette packaging process and the whole production process, there are four kinds of friction coefficient tests: ① the friction coefficient between the outside of the film and the mechanical metal surface or the conveyor belt ② the inside and inside of the film, ③ the inside and outside of the film ④ the outside of the film and the carton.

Heat sealing performance

The cigarette industry requires BOPP film to have high heat sealing strength and wide heat sealing range, so as to improve the packaging speed and operation adaptability. Of course, if the heat sealing temperature of BOPP smoke film is high, there will be wrinkles caused by the large shrinkage of the smoke film. Therefore, the appropriate heat sealing temperature should be selected according to the actual situation to avoid the phenomena of loose heat sealing, flying bags, wrinkles and so on.

Thermal shrinkage

It is mainly used to evaluate the dimensional thermal stability of BOPP smoke film under different conditions or factors.

Antistatic property

Antistatic performance is one of the basic conditions to ensure the smooth operation of the packaging machine in the cigarette packaging process.

Stiffness

Stiffness is a quantitative index that indicates the stiffness of smoke film. When the stiffness of smoke film is high, high folding quality can be obtained in the packaging and molding process, and the adverse effects of static electricity on the cutting, conveying and folding process of smoke film can be overcome, which is conducive to reducing the running faults of smoke film on the machine.

Haze

Higher transparency and gloss are the eternal requirements of the market for BOPP film to match the cigarette bag to show a better appearance effect. Haze and glossiness are two main indexes reflecting the optical properties of thin films. Haze is usually referred to as transparency. The lower the haze value, the higher the transparency of the film, which makes the trademark pattern of the cigarette bag clearer and more beautiful. The film with low haze will make the appearance of cigarettes more high-end, thus improving consumers' desire to buy.

The commonly used cigarette film thickness is generally about 21mic, and the commonly used models are 'medium harvest' and 'medium high harvest',
