By the end of 2011, digital printing enterprises have been 799 in China, enterprises exclusively engaged in the production was 144, its production value of digital printing was¥1.151 billion, enterprises partly engaged was 655, its production value of digital printing was¥2.823 billion. Both totally ¥3.974 billion, accounting     for 0.46% of total output value of printing industry. 1. Digital Printing Branch of Printing Technology Association of China

Subordinated by China Association of Printing Technology, Digital Printing Branch of Printing Technology Association of China was founded in August 2005. In January 2011, Printing Technology Association of China signed an affiliated agreement with China Academy of Printing Technology that CAPT was set to the affiliated unit of Digital Printing Branch, and Digital Printing Department of KeyinPrint Media was set to Secretariat of CAPT, responsible for the daily work of branch. The purpose of the setup of Association is to promote enterprise independent innovation, strengthen the communication and cooperation of industry, enhance the level of using digital technology of printing industry, insist the service for member, enterprise and industry, play a role of bridge and bond, maintain the legal rights and interests of member unit and individual, assist members to be in a better position in the competition at home and abroad, as well as promote healthy, sustained and steady development.

2. Inkjet Printing Branch of Printing and Printing Equipment Industrials Association of China

Inkjet Printing Branch of Printing and Printing Equipment Industrials Association of China is a state- level industrial association of inkjet printing equipment and apparatus, subordinated by Inkjet Printing Equipment Industrials Association of China. Inkjet Printing Branch includes six branches of Inkjet Printing Branch, four working committees and three professional committees. Inkjet Printing Branch of PEIAC, approved to be set up in the end of 2005, and built officially on May 10, 2006, shoulders the double tasks of the service for member units and all industry, and the completion of governmental commission. Enterprises  or individuals that engage in ink-jet printing equipment and equipment production, scientific research and management as well as admit regulations of industry association can join the association.

3. Shanghai Digital Printing Association

Founded in 1989, be in charge by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, Shanghai Digital Printing Association is a social organization of independent legal entity approved by Shanghai Administration Bureau of NGOs. Association members have covered Yangtze River Delta for 20 years, including a large number of state-owned, collective, private, and individual companies with sizeable economic strength, and joint-venture printing enterprises, as well as international famous printing equipment marketers.

4. Hong Kong Digital Printing Association

Hong Kong Digital Printing Association was founded in December, 2000. Its executive board members consist of major printing equipment suppliers, manufacturers and scholars in prepress, printing and color management, being of representativeness. Association, aiming at promoting digitalization of printing industry and assisting traditional printing industry transform to scientific & technological printing industry, provides relevant technological information for the industry. Members and the industry gain the latest S&T news of digital printing through publications and other events.
